p. 212. Eleven columns: stub plus five two-column panels (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD cases), each with "Number of cases" and "Percent of cases closed". The stub heading "Stage of disposition" spans both heading levels. Decimal points in the percent columns are largely dropped by the 1-bit scan, so most percent cells read on the image as a digit group, a gap, then a final digit (e.g. "52 5", "100 0", "0 8"). The period survives in a few cells in the same columns ("100. 0" under RD, "11.1", "1.7"), confirming the character is printed throughout and merely failing to render. I have therefore restored the decimal points, as with the comma-plus-space digit grouping. Arithmetic corroborates every restored value: the five stage rows sum exactly to the printed totals in each Number column (12,487 / 10,687 / 1,160 / 640 / 133), each Percent column sums to 100.0, and each percent equals its own number divided by its column total (e.g. 6,555/12,487 = 52.5; 81/133 = 60.9). No printed figure was computed, corrected or altered. In the RC "Percent of cases closed" column, the "After hearing closed, before issuance of decision" cell is degraded and its leading zero resembles a "C"; it is read as 0.8, which matches 83/10,687 and completes that column's sum to 100.0. The four blank cells in the UD "Percent of cases closed" column are printed as dash rules (------), so they are transcribed as empty. The footnote marker 1 is attached to the year in the caption, which is excluded per instructions; no footnote markers appear on any body row, heading or value.
