Reader’s notes

p. 211. Three printed columns; one heading level. The caption carries footnote marker 1, which is excluded per instructions. Decimal points in the percent column are very faint or dropped in this scan: "100 0", "32 6", "3 4", "40 0", "1 7", "14 2" and "13 0" read as a gap rather than a visible period, and the 1.9 cell shows a comma-like speck ("1, 9"). I have written them all as decimal points, since every legible cell in that column (37.9, 7.9, 37.0, 1.3, 0.2, 1.0) uses one decimal place and the values are consistent with Number of cases / 470. The percent cell for "After opening of 10(k) hearing, before issuance of Board decision and determination of dispute" under Dismissal is a dash rule, transcribed as "" (its Number of cases is a printed 0). Possible rounding/misprint, transcribed as printed, not corrected: 67/470 = 14.3 but the table prints 14.2 for Dismissal; 5/470 = 1.1 but the table prints 1.0 for "By Board decision and determination of dispute". The section subtotals do add to 470 and their printed percents (37.9 + 7.9 + 40.0 + 14.2) add to 100.0. The labels "Withdrawal:" and "Dismissal:" end in a mark that is broken in the scan and could be a colon or a period; I read it as a colon to match "Agreement of the parties—Informal settlement:". Two indent levels in the stub (section lines flush left, their components indented) are not preserved in the grid.
