p. 200. 13 printed columns: stub, "Cases in which formal actions taken", then 11 columns under "Formal actions taken by type of case", of which "CD" is split into "Jurisdictional disputes" and "Unfair labor practices". Empty cells in the body are printed as dash rules (------), transcribed as "". Column placement was cross-checked against the "Total formal actions taken" column: every body row's type-of-case cells sum exactly to the printed total, so the column assignments are internally consistent. Scan-noise marks, not footnote markers or punctuation: in "Complaints issued" the CC cell "99" and the CD/Unfair-labor-practices cell "8" each carry a stray comma-like speck; in "Backpay specifications issued" the CE cell "0" carries a stray tick.
