The stub heading cell is blank in the printed table; "Total" spans both heading levels and is repeated. The six centered lines "CA cases", "CB cases", "CC cases", "CD cases", "CE cases", "CP cases" are section headings inside the body (each spans the full table width), transcribed as label-only rows with empty value cells. The same five row labels repeat under each section. Arithmetic check: in all 30 data rows the six filing-party columns sum exactly to the printed Total, so the column assignment and digits are self-consistent throughout. Doubtful glyphs (all resolved by the row sums): CB "On docket fiscal 1966", Total column, is printed with what looks like a period rather than a comma ("3. 709"); transcribed as 3,709 since 108+26+22+54+2,590+909 = 3,709. CB "On docket fiscal 1966", Employers column, prints the final digit faintly ("909"-like); read as 909, which the row sum confirms. CD "Pending June 30, 1966", Employers column, has a stray ink mark to the left of the value ("' 134"); read as 134, confirmed by the sum. The footnote marker 1 appears on the caption, which is excluded per instructions, so no marker is carried into the grid.
