p. 196. Eight printed columns: stub, Total, then six columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party". "Total" is a tall single heading occupying both heading levels; the stub column has no printed heading. The six section lines ("All cases", "Unfair labor practice cases^2", "Representation cases^3", "Union-shop deauthorization cases", "Amendment of certification cases", "Unit clarification cases") are printed centered across the data columns rather than in the stub, and carry no values; they are recorded as label-only rows. In the "Union-shop deauthorization cases" block every cell except Total and Individuals is a dash rule (------), transcribed as "". The raised markers on the two section labels are small and partly broken in the scan; I read them as 2 on "Unfair labor practice cases" and 3 on "Representation cases", which matches the footnote texts (table 1A / table 1B respectively). Footnote 1: no period is visible after "definition of terms" before "Advisory opinion" (the scan shows only extra word space); the printed spacing between the three sentences is wide and has been normalized to single spaces here. Footnote 2's final mark could be a comma rather than a period. Scan artifacts not transcribed: a stray dot in the "Other local unions" column on the "Closed fiscal 1966" row of the unfair-labor-practice block, trailing marks after "15,587" and "12,487" in the Total column, a stray tick above "17" and left of "0" in the amendment-of-certification block, and a stray dot at the bottom right of the Employers column. All printed figures are internally consistent: within each block Pending July 1 + Received − Closed = Pending June 30 in every column, and the five case-type blocks sum to the "All cases" block in every column and row. No misprints detected.
