Injunction Litigation Under Sections 10(e), 10(j), and 10(l), Fiscal Year 1965

No footnotes are printed under the table. Two cells are transcribed as they appear but conflict with the surrounding arithmetic, so a reader should treat them with caution: (1) Row "Under sec. 10(j), total", column Granted: reads 19. The nine 8(a)/8(b) detail rows below it sum to 10 in that column, and the row's own disposition cells (Granted + 3 + 4 + 3 + 1 + 0) reconcile with its Total dispositions of 21 only if Granted is 10. The glyph is most likely a scan-degraded "10" (or a misprint); it is not corrected here. (2) Row "Under sec. 10(l), total", column "Pending in district court July 1, 1964": reads 12. The fourteen detail rows sum to 13 in that column, and Total Proceedings 240 minus Filed 227 is 13. Again most likely a degraded "13" or a misprint; transcribed as seen. Every other column of both subtotal rows and the whole 10(l) block reconciles exactly with its detail rows, so the risk is confined to those two cells. Print quality notes: the period in the stub labels "Under sec. 10(e)/10(j)/10(l), total" is faint in the scan but is standard in this table series and is transcribed. The "0" in several cells (e.g. 10(l) total Granted "80", and the "10(l)" in its own stub label) is partially open in the scan but is unambiguous from context and column sums. Leader dots after row labels were dropped. The right edge of the crop shows a few stray marks beyond the final column rule; no data is cut off.
