Grid is 23 columns: stub, two "Total" columns, then five disposition groups (Affirmed in full; Modified; Remanded in full; Affirmed in part and remanded in part; Set aside), each with Fiscal year 1965 Number/Percent and Cumulative fiscal years 1960-64 Number/Percent. Decimal points: in this 1-bit scan the decimal point in most percent cells has dropped out, so many read as a space (e.g. "52 4", "22 2", "3 3", "17 0"); a minority still show the point ("57.5", "41.2", "51.2", "16.2"). I have transcribed all of them with the decimal point. This is supported by arithmetic: every percent equals its own Number divided by that row's period total to one decimal (e.g. 452/863 = 52.4, 7/212 = 3.3, 156/863 = 18.1), and no other reading is possible. Internal consistency fully checks out, so no misprints are suspected: each circuit's five dispositions sum to its Total column in both periods (e.g. Boston 8+0+1+0+1 = 10 and 21+8+6+5+11 = 51), and each column sums to the "Total all circuits" line (212, 863, 122, 452, 47, 182, 7, 56, 0, 17, 36, 156). Percent cells are printed as a dash rule ("------") wherever the corresponding Number is 0; these are transcribed as "". The whole "Affirmed in part and remanded in part / Fiscal year 1965" pair is 0 with a dash in every row. For "8. St. Louis, Mo." the "Remanded in full / Cumulative fiscal years 1960-64 / Percent" cell appears empty rather than carrying a dash rule, but either way it is transcribed as "" (its Number is 0). Row-label numbering: the period after the item number is clearly printed for 1-5, 7 and 9 but has faded in the scan for "6 Cincinnati, Ohio", "8 St. Louis, Mo." and "10 Denver, Colo."; I have written all of them with the period. The final row, "Washington, D.C.", carries no item number in the print (it is the D.C. circuit, unnumbered). Trailing abbreviation periods (Mass., N.Y., Pa., Va., La., Ill., Mo., Calif., Colo.) run into the leader dots; I have kept one period and dropped the leaders. The caption carries footnote marker 1, which keys the single footnote below the table; per instructions the caption itself is omitted.
