p. 207. 16 columns: stub plus five three-column blocks (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD), each block being a total-elections column and an "Objections and/or challenges" pair (number, percent). Decimal points in the percent columns are nearly erased in this 1-bit scan, so they print as a gap (e.g. "15 1" for 15.1). I have restored the decimal point in every percent cell; the values are two-significant-figure percentages and each one is consistent with the number/total pair printed beside it (1,178/7,776 = 15.1, 11/14 = 78.6, and so on), so the gap is scan loss rather than a printed space. Doubtful cells: the UD "Number elections involved" entry on the "Challenges only" line under "In regional director-directed elections" is a smudged glyph that reads like a stray mark plus "1"; I transcribe it as 1, which is what the section requires (3 + 1 = 4, the 4 printed on the section's total line). In the stub, "In regional director-directed elections, total" has a degraded "l" in "regional" that images as a superscript-like stroke; it is part of the word, not a footnote marker. Blank/dash cells: the RD percent column is a dash rule (no value) on the "In expedited elections, total" and "In Board-directed elections, total" lines, where the RD total is 0; the whole UD block is empty on the three expedited-elections lines, and the UD percent is a dash rule on the Board-directed total line. No internal inconsistencies found: every section's "Objections alone or with challenges" plus "Challenges only" sums to its total line, and the five section totals sum to the "All types, total" line in all ten count columns.
