Punctuation on the section labels is faint in this scan. The separator in "All types, total:" prints as a low dot that could be read as a comma or a period; the usual NLRB wording is a comma, so it is transcribed that way. The colons after "RC cases" and "RM cases" are likewise faint raised dots. "UD cases" shows no terminal colon on the image, unlike the four section labels above it, so it is transcribed without one. The three cells in the "Expedited elections under 8(b)(7)(c)" column for the UD cases block (Elections, Eligible voters, Valid votes) hold dash rules rather than values and are transcribed as empty. All printed totals are internally consistent: each block's row sums across the five type-of-election columns equal the Total column, and the four case-type blocks sum to the "All types, total" block in every column.
