p. 204. Decimal points in the percent columns did not survive this 1-bit scan: every percent is printed with a visible gap where the point belongs (e.g. \"100 0\", \"51 2\", \"98 9\") and the sub-1-percent values show only the digit after the point (\"9\", \"8\", \"5\"). I have restored the decimal points, writing those small values as \".9\", \".8\", \".5\" in the style the NLRB tables use (no leading zero). The column percentages confirm the reading: for All R cases 51.2 + 30.4 + .9 + 16.0 + 1.5 = 100.0. No other digits were altered. In the UD cases \"Percent of cases closed\" column, the three rows whose case count is 0 (after issuance of notice of hearing before close of hearing; after hearing closed before issuance of decision; after issuance of regional director's decision) carry a dash rule rather than a value, transcribed as \"\". The footnote marker 1 appears on the caption line (\"Fiscal Year 1965 1\"), which is excluded per instructions; the footnote text itself is retained. The terminal period after \"terms\" is not legible in the scan and has been supplied.
