Column assignments were cross-checked arithmetically: in every data row the 10 type-of-case cells sum exactly to the printed "Total formal actions taken", the three hearing/decision detail rows sum to their printed totals, and the eight Board sub-rows sum to 1,374 and 1,000. No discrepancies found, so no suspected misprints. Empty cells: most come from the dashed rules ("------") that run under the type-of-case columns; the two "Upon consent of the parties" rows appear to have a genuinely blank (no dash rule) cell under CD-Jurisdictional disputes. Both are transcribed as "". In the "10(k) notice of hearing issued" row the lone value 98 sits under CD "Jurisdictional disputes" (the dash rule covers CA/CB/CC to its left and CE through Other C to its right); likewise in "Complaints issued" the 23 sits under CD "Unfair labor practices", not Jurisdictional disputes. Heading text joined across printed lines: "Jurisdic-tional disputes" -> "Jurisdictional disputes", "Other C combi-nations" -> "Other C combinations", "C / Combined with repre-sentation cases" -> "C Combined with representation cases", "CA / Combined with CB" -> "CA Combined with CB" (no rule separates the two lines in those two columns, unlike CD). The label "Adopting trial examiners decisions (no exceptions filed):" wraps onto two printed lines; its terminal punctuation is degraded in the scan and reads as a raised dot, but is almost certainly a colon. The vertical string "794-925-66--13" in the left margin is a printer's signature mark, not table content, and is omitted. Scan quality is good; the only characters that required care were the 0/O-like printed zeros, all of which read as digit 0.
