p. 198. Nine columns: stub plus four two-column spanner groups (Total rerun elections / Union certified / Union lost / Outcome of original election reversed), each with Number and "Percent of total rerun elections". Decimal points: in this scan the decimal point drops out of most percent values, which print as e.g. "100 0", "35 5", "64 5", "36 8", "60 0", "1 8", "3 6", "2 7". Every percent in the table carries exactly one decimal place (only "93.7", "33.7", "2.7", ".9", ".4" show the point clearly), so the gaps are a printing/scan artifact and have been transcribed as decimal points. The RD elections / Union certified percent cell is printed as a bare "9" with no visible leading point; it is transcribed as ".9" by analogy with the RM elections row directly above (same value, point visible there) and because 2 of 220 is 0.9 percent. The footnote 2 marker on the All elections total is printed as a raised 2 to the left of 220; it is recorded as 220^2. Not corrected, for the record: the RC elections percentages 93.7 and 33.7 do not agree with 206/220 and 74/220 (93.6 and 33.6); they are transcribed as printed. All Number columns do foot correctly (206+6+8=220, 74+2+2=78, 132+4+6=142, 78+2+1=81).
