Reader’s notes
p. 197. 16 columns: stub plus five case-type panels (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD), each with a Total column and a two-column \"Objections and/or challenges\" group (Number, Percent).\n\nDecimal points: in this 1-bit scan the decimal point in every percent cell is dropped or reduced to a gap, so the cells read \"15 4\", \"100 0\", \"43 0\", etc. I have transcribed them with the decimal point restored (15.4, 100.0, 43.0 ...), the same way a space after a digit-grouping comma is closed up. The reading is confirmed by the arithmetic: 1,161/7,529 = 15.4, 5/34 = 14.7, 1/1 = 100.0, 4/9 = 44.4, and so on. Two cells are printed with no leading zero, as \".0\" (RC percent on \"In expedited elections, total\"; UD percent on \"In stipulated elections, total\"); these are kept as \".0\".\n\nSuspected misprints, transcribed as printed:\n- \"In consent elections, total\", UD percent: printed 13.8, but the row has 1 of 8 UD elections, i.e. 12.5. This cell is also the one I am least sure of visually (13.8 vs 12.5); I read it as 13.8 on two passes.\n- \"In regional director-ordered elections, total\", RD percent: printed 9.9, but 6/61 = 9.8.\n- \"In Board-ordered elections, total\", All R percent: printed 43.0, but 39/91 = 42.9.\n- \"Challenges only\" under \"In consent elections, total\": a bare 0 is printed in the UD percent column, although every other sub-row has a dash rule in all percent columns. Likewise the UD percent for \"In Board-ordered elections, total\" is printed as a bare 0 rather than \".0\".\n\nEverything else reconciles: the five type-of-election totals sum to the \"All types, total\" line in all ten count columns, and in every panel the two sub-rows (objections alone or with challenges; challenges only) sum to their total row.\n\nCells shown as leader dots or dash rules are rendered as empty strings; the UD columns are entirely dash-ruled for the three expedited-election rows.
