The stub heading "Type of case" and the "Total" heading are tall single headings spanning both heading levels, so each is repeated in both. The five section labels (All types, total / RC cases / RM cases / RD cases / UD cases) carry no values; each is followed by its three indented data lines (Elections, Eligible voters, Valid votes), which repeat under every section. In the last column the three UD-cases lines are printed as a dashed rule, transcribed as "". The heading of the last column is printed as "Expedited elections under 8(b) (7)(C)", with the break before "(7)(C)" on its own line; spacing between "8(b)" and "(7)(C)" as printed is retained. "RC cases" is followed by a small mark that looks like a stray inked dot or a damaged period (the other four section labels have none); it is not a footnote marker and was not transcribed.
