Grid is 15 columns: stub plus seven case-type panels (All C, CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CP), each with a \"Number of cases\" and a \"Percent of cases closed\" column; the stub head \"Stage of disposition\" spans both heading levels and is repeated. Decimal points: this is a 1-bit scan and the period drops out of a number of percent cells, which print as a gap (e.g. \"86 8\", \"100 0\", \"2 7\", \"96 7\", \"14 3\", \"91 7\", \"3 3\", \"1 5\", \"2 1\", and bare \"5\" / \"3\" / \"0\" where \".5\" / \".3\" / \".0\" is meant). I have written the decimal point in every such cell, since every percent column is printed to one decimal and the restored values are consistent with the column pattern. Affected cells: Total row CB and CP percent; \"Before issuance of complaint\" All C, CA, CD, CP percent; \"After issuance of complaint...\" CB, CE, CP percent; \"After Board order adopting...\" CA, CB, CC, CE percent; \"After Board decision...\" All C and CC percent.
