p. 193. Three printed columns; the stub holds an indentation hierarchy (stage lines flush left, their method-of-disposition components indented) that the flat grid does not preserve. Decimal points: this 1-bit scan drops or nearly drops the period in several "Percent of cases" cells, which print as a digit pair separated by a thin gap — "36 9" (Before 10(k) notice / Withdrawn), "4 8" (After 10(k) notice / Withdrawn), "5 0" (Compliance with Board determination), "1 0" (After Board decision / Withdrawn), "1 6" (Dismissed by Board) — and the total line prints as "100, 0". I have read all of these as decimals (36.9, 4.8, 5.0, 1.0, 1.6, 100.0), consistent with the cells where the point survives and with the column's one-decimal format. Likewise the "Adjusted" row under "After opening of 10(k) hearing" shows a bare "3" set at the same right margin as the ".3" directly below it; I read it as ".3". No digits are in doubt, only the points. Possible misprint as printed: "After 10(k) notice, before opening of 10(k) hearing / Withdrawn" is printed 15 cases and 4.8 percent; 15 of the 317 total is 4.7. The components 2.8 + 4.8 do, however, sum to the 7.6 shown on the stage line. Transcribed as printed, not corrected. The caption carries footnote marker 1, which keys the single footnote below the table; per instructions the caption itself is omitted. No part of the table appears cut off by the crop.
