p. 186. Ten columns: stub, "Total all", then four Employer columns (Total; Agreement of parties; Recommendation of trial examiner; Order of Board or court) and the same four for Union. "Total all" and the stub heading "Action taken" are tall headings repeated down all four heading levels; "Total" under Employer and under Union spans the bottom two levels and is repeated there. Row A: the raised 2 is printed immediately before the figure in the "Total all" column, transcribed as 4,202^2 per the marker convention. The marker 1 sits on the table caption, which is omitted. Row B label: the character ending "B. By number of employees affected" is a small mark that reads as a colon but is set low/faint in the scan; transcribed as a colon. Rows A, B and "Employees receiving backpay:" carry no figures in the body; A has a figure only in "Total all".
