p. 184. 13 printed columns: stub, two \"Total\" columns, then ten case-type columns in which the \"CD\" heading splits into \"Jurisdictional disputes\" and \"Unfair labor practices\". Placement check: in the \"10(k) notice of hearing issued\" row the single value 63 sits under \"Jurisdictional disputes\" (same right-alignment as the 33/33/32/32 values in that column further down); dash rules fill CA, CB, CC and every column from \"Unfair labor practices\" rightward, so those are \"\". A small ink speck appears just left of that 63; I read it as a scanning artifact, not a footnote marker. Scan specks also sit on the three zeros of \"Backpay specifications issued\" (CD-Unfair labor practices, CE and CP, printed as 0' 0' ~0); all three are plain 0. Cells holding only a dash rule (------) are transcribed as \"\" throughout; cells holding a printed 0 are kept as 0. Arithmetic cross-check: in every data row the ten case-type columns sum exactly to the \"Number of formal actions taken\" column (e.g. complaints issued 1,486+110+108+4+8+26+73+36+39 = 1,890), which confirms the column assignments and the reading of 1,486 (printed indistinctly, 8 could be mistaken for S). No misprints detected. The row label \"Contested\" is a section line carrying no values, as is \"Adopting trial examiners decisions (no exceptions filed):\". Row-label indentation is not represented in the grid. The caption carries footnote marker 1, which keys the single footnote under the table; the caption itself is omitted as instructed.
