Reader’s notes

p. 182. Eight printed columns: stub plus Total and the six "Identification of filing party" columns. The stub has no printed heading, so cell 0 of each heading level is empty. "Number of cases" spans all seven value columns; "Total" is a tall heading spanning the second and third heading levels. "RC cases", "RM cases", "RD cases" and "UD cases" are centered banner lines that span the value area and carry no values; they are transcribed as label-only section rows. All cells shown as dash rules (------) are transcribed as "". In the RM section only the Total and Employers columns carry values; in the UD section only Total and Individuals do. Printed zeros in the RD section are kept as 0. The crop is complete (caption, footnote and page content all visible); the scan is clean and every row's components add to the printed Total in the RC and RD sections, so no misprints are suspected. The caption carries footnote marker 1, which is excluded per instructions along with the caption itself.
