p. 192. 15 columns: stub plus three spanner groups (Elections participated in = 5 columns; Employees involved in elections = 5 columns; Valid votes cast = 4 columns). The stub heading "Union affiliation" and the tall single headings "Total" (elections), "Total eligible", "Total" (valid votes cast) and "Percent of total eligible" (valid votes cast) are repeated down the levels they span. In this scan many decimal points in the percent columns are nearly dropped by the printing, so they read as a gap (e.g. "26 7", "39 4", "60 6", "46 7", "80 0", "86 5", "35 1", "83 3"). All percent columns are one-decimal figures and the surviving points elsewhere in the same columns confirm it, so they are transcribed with a decimal point. In the "AFL-CIO v. Unaffiliated" row, Elections resulting in certification / Number, the raised 1 is printed to the left of the 8; it is the footnote marker, so the cell is transcribed as 8^1 (value 8), consistent with 8 + 2 = 10 in that row and with the footnote text. All row and column arithmetic checks out (component rows sum to the Total row; certification + decertification equals each total), so no misprints are suspected.
