p. 186. Nine columns: stub plus four two-column panels (All R, RC, RM, RD), each with Number of cases and Percent of cases closed. Decimal points: in this 1-bit scan many periods in the percent columns failed to reproduce and appear as a blank gap (e.g. "100 0", "49 9", "28 3", "1 2", "18 5", "2 1" in the All R percent column, and "48 1", "29 5", "1 2", "19 1", "2 1", "59 8", "14 3" elsewhere). Visible periods survive in the RD percent column ("63.3", "20.1", "1.2", "14.6") and in a few RM cells ("21.7", "1.0", "3.2"), confirming these are one-decimal percents. I have transcribed the dropped points as decimal points; each percent column then sums to exactly 100.0, which corroborates the reading. Last cell, row "After issuance of Board decision", RD percent column: printed as a bare "8" with no visible leading period, but it is set flush to the same right edge as "63.3"/"14.6" in that decimal-aligned column, and 5 of 648 is 0.8 percent, so I read it as ".8". Flagged as the single least certain cell. Row "Before issuance of notice of hearing", RC Number of cases: printed as "4 561" with no visible comma (the comma appears in the neighbouring "5,481" and "2,797"). Transcribed as "4,561"; the RC column then sums to the printed total 9,480. No internal inconsistencies otherwise: all four Number columns sum to their printed totals, and all four Percent columns sum to 100.0. Nothing appears cut off by the crop.
