24 of 24 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 290. 11 columns: stub plus two five-column panels, both panels being parts of the same (single-panel-wide) table, so no panel stacking was needed. In the two "Percent casting valid votes" columns the decimal point did not survive the scan — the cells read as "86 8", "87 8", "87 3", "85 0", "88 8", "86 2" with a blank gap where the point belongs. I transcribed them as 86.8, 87.8, 87.3, 85.0, 88.8 and 86.2, since each equals the ratio of that panel's "Total valid votes cast" to its "Employees eligible to vote" (e.g. 10,698/12,323 = 86.8; 2,314/2,686 = 86.2); the digits themselves are unambiguous. No footnotes are printed under the table. Internal arithmetic is consistent throughout: in every one of the eight count columns the AFL-CIO and Unaffiliated entries sum exactly to the Total row, which confirms each value sits under the column shown. The stub label is printed "AFL-CIO" with a short dash between the two parts.
