p. 34. The crop is a whole report page rather than a conventional statistical table: it contains narrative text at the top and then "Chart 13 — DECISIONS ISSUED (PROCEEDINGS)", a stacked bar chart. The only tabular matter is the data/legend block printed beneath the chart, which is what is transcribed here. Its heading line is "FISCAL YEAR" followed by the five year columns 1958-1962 (the same labels that serve as the chart's x-axis categories). In the stub, the rows "C" and "R" are each preceded by a printed legend swatch (a solid black rectangle for C, a horizontally striped rectangle for R); the swatches are graphics and are not transcribed. "PROCEEDINGS" is printed on its own line above the C and R rows as the block's section heading, and is carried here as a label-only row; the same word also appears as the chart's y-axis title above the 4000 gridline, which is part of the chart and is not transcribed. Excluded as non-table matter: the running head "Operations in Fiscal Year 1962", the page number 19, the body paragraph, the chart caption and title, the y-axis scale labels (0 through 4000), and the printer's signature mark "662173—63——3" at the foot of the page. All printed column totals check against their components (e.g. 382 + 1,703 = 2,085; 851 + 2,749 = 3,600). No cells are illegible or doubtful.
