The crop is a full page whose only tabular matter is the data table printed under Chart 11 ("BOARD CASE BACKLOG (PROCEEDINGS)"); the chart caption, the bar graphic, its y-axis scale labels (0, 200, 400, 600, 800, 1,000, 1,200) and the axis title "PROCEEDINGS" at the upper left of the plot area are chart furniture and are not transcribed. In the data table the row label "PROCEEDINGS" sits above the two legend rows and carries no values, so it is given as a section line. The stub cells of the C and R rows also carry small legend swatches (horizontal-rule shading for C, solid black for R); only the letters are transcribed. The body text paragraphs below the chart are running prose, not part of the table. All five columns add correctly (199+222=421, 210+399=609, 330+522=852, 460+549=1,009, 323+165=488), so no misprints are suspected.
