p. 31. Four printed columns. The crop cuts off the top of the table's bold caption; only its last line ("... Close of Hearing to Regional Director Decision", preceded by a small bar-chart-like printer's ornament) is visible, and it is excluded as caption text per instructions. The table is typewritten and the scan renders most "i" characters without their dots; they are transcribed as ordinary "i". Single short dashes are printed as data values (no value applicable): in the "Close of Hearing to Regional Director Decision" column for 1958-1961 and in the "Close of Hearing to Board Decision" column for 1962; these are transcribed as "-" rather than as empty cells because they appear to be meaningful "not applicable" entries, not dash rules. A small stray ink tick appears in the right margin beside the 1958 row, outside any column. No footnotes are printed under the table.
