p. 246. 15 columns: stub plus 5 under "Elections participated in", 5 under "Employees involved in elections (number eligible to vote)", and 4 under "Valid votes cast". No footnotes are printed under the table. Decimal points: the scan is a coarse bitonal image in which the decimal point of every percentage has largely dropped out, so the percentages read on screen as "33 2", "66 8", etc. They are one-decimal percentages in the printed table and are transcribed with the decimal point restored (33.2, 66.8, ...). Two percentage cells were degraded enough that the digits themselves needed checking; both were confirmed by arithmetic against the counts in the same row: Total row, "Employees involved ... Resulting in decertification / Percent of total eligible" reads 57.8 (10,607/18,364 = 57.8, and 42.2 + 57.8 = 100.0) though the leading 5 is blotted and could be misread as an 8; Unaffiliated row, "Valid votes cast / Cast for the union / Percent of total cast" has an illegible final digit, read as 70.3 (2,163/3,077 = 70.3). No printed value appears to be a misprint: all column sums check (162 + 79 = 241; 59 + 21 = 80; 103 + 58 = 161; 14,898 + 3,466 = 18,364; 5,247 + 2,510 = 7,757; 9,651 + 956 = 10,607; 13,527 + 3,077 = 16,604; 6,871 + 2,163 = 9,034), and the certification/decertification components add to each total. These checks were used only to confirm doubtful glyphs; nothing was computed or substituted.
