The body has 13 columns (stub + 12 value columns), confirmed by the vertical rules; the double vertical rules fall after value columns 1, 2 and 8, and double horizontal rules set off the "Transportation, communication, and other public utilities" block and the "Services" line. All values were cross-checked arithmetically and are internally consistent, which supports the column assignment and the digit reading: value col 1 = col 2 + col 9 for every row; col 2 = sum of cols 3-8 for every row; col 9 = col 10 + col 11 + col 12 for every row. No discrepancies found. Scan-quality points: the Wholesale trade figure in value column 8 is printed with a thickened 3 that can read as "80"; the row sum (422+57+40+3+1+30 = 553) confirms it is 30. Several 3s/8s and 5s/6s elsewhere are likewise bolded by the scan but are all confirmed by the same row sums.
