p. 210. Table 14A, "Voting in Decertification Elections, Fiscal Year 1960"; 11 printed columns (stub plus two five-column groups). No footnotes are printed under the table. Punctuation judgment calls (all resolved by arithmetic, not by assumption): - The decimal points in the two "Percent casting valid votes" columns are broken or invisible in this scan: the cells read as "88 9", "89 1", "88 4" (redesignated) and "87 2", "88 4", "81 3" (decertification). They are transcribed with decimal points because each equals the ratio of the two columns to its left (7,757/8,726 = 88.9; 5,522/6,197 = 89.1; 2,235/2,529 = 88.4; 7,583/8,695 = 87.2; 6,409/7,251 = 88.4; 1,174/1,444 = 81.3). The digits themselves are legible and certain. - "Unaffiliated", "Employees eligible to vote" under "Elections resulting in decertification" is printed with a faint/missing comma, reading "1 444"; transcribed as "1,444", confirmed by 7,251 + 1,444 = 8,695. - Several values carry the typesetter's space after the comma ("8, 726", "1, 619"); these are written closed up per instruction. Verification: every one of the ten data columns sums from the AFL-CIO and Unaffiliated rows to the printed Total row exactly, so no printed total appears to be in error and no value is misassigned to a neighbouring column. Nothing appears cut off by the crop; the table's bottom rule follows the "Unaffiliated" row.
