Reader’s notes

p. 205. 15 columns: stub plus seven case-type panels (All C, CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CP), each with a "Number of cases" and a "Percent of cases closed" column. "All C cases" carries no footnote marker; the six other case-type headings each carry marker 1. Decimal points in the percent columns are typographically very faint in this scan and several did not survive rendering (e.g. "100 0", "86 5" for 100.0, 86.5; and bare "9", "5", "2", "0" where the leading point dropped out). I have restored the decimal point in every percent cell, since the column is uniformly typeset to one decimal and identical zero-count cells print inconsistently as "0" and ".0" within the same column, which identifies the difference as scan dropout rather than typesetting. Readers wanting strict glyph fidelity should be aware of this one intervention; no digit was altered. The CD "Number of cases" entry on the "Before issuance of complaint" row is printed with a raised 3 in front of the figure; transcribed as 185^3. The footnote marker on "After hearing opened, before issuance of intermediate report" is small and slightly broken; I read it as 2, consistent with footnote 2's subject matter, which also attaches to the preceding row. Column sums were checked against the printed totals as a column-assignment check and every one of the seven panels reconciles exactly (e.g. All C 10,309+767+185+116+117+275+135+20 = 11,924; CD sums to 193). No printed value appears to be a misprint.
