The table is a single panel of four columns (stub plus Total, By agreement of all parties, By Board or court order); the column headings are printed only once, above section A, and section B reuses them without reprinting. The centred section titles "A. BY EMPLOYERS 1" and "B. BY UNIONS 4" are transcribed as label-only rows, as are the band headings "Cases" and "Workers", which are printed centred across the three value columns inside each section rather than in the stub. They carry no values. In section A's title the character after "A" is faint in the scan; it may be a period as in "B." or no punctuation at all. I transcribed it as "A." to match the parallel "B." line. Footnote markers: in "Workers receiving backpay" the raised 2 and raised 3 are printed to the left of the figures (2 2,136 and 3 974 in section A; 2 261 and 3 46 in section B); they are recorded after the value as 2,136^2, 974^3, 261^2, 46^3.
