9 of 9 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 21. The crop is a full text page (p. 4 of the Twenty-fifth Annual Report), not a standalone statistical table. The only tabular matter on it is the small figures strip printed under the bar chart captioned "Chart No. 2 / CASES DECIDED"; that strip is what is transcribed here. The surrounding narrative paragraphs and the chart's y-axis scale labels (CASES; 0, 500, 1000 ... 4500) are not part of the grid. "FISCAL YEAR" is printed in the stub position of the heading line, with 1958, 1959, 1960 over the three data columns. Small solid-black and horizontally-striped legend swatches are printed to the left of the "C CASES" and "R CASES" labels, keying them to the bar segments; these are graphic legend keys, not footnote markers, so they are omitted from the cells. The figures are printed without digit-grouping commas (e.g. 1456, 2493), and are transcribed as printed. All three columns add correctly (605+1888=2493; 764+2119=2883; 1456+2666=4122), and the 4,122 total matches the text above the chart; the digits are set in a small bold face but are legible.
