p. 190. The stub column has no printed heading; its header cells are empty. No footnotes are printed under the table. Decimal points in the Percent columns are very faint or dropped in this scan, so most percentages print as a digit group, a gap, then a final digit (e.g. "100 0", "55 4", "59 8", "9 3", "5 9"). Only "17.3", ".8", "1.7" and "13.6" show a clearly inked point. Because every one of these cells is a percentage carried to one decimal, I have transcribed the gaps as decimal points (100.0, 55.4, 59.8, 9.3, 5.9, etc.). The five Supreme Court cells transcribed as a bare "0" (Number and Percent for "Board orders enforced with modification", "Remanded to Board" and "Remanded to court of appeals") are printed as a single zero with no decimal part, as shown. Likewise the stub labels print "U.S courts of appeals" and "U S. Supreme Court" with faint/misplaced periods; I have written both as "U.S.". Within the row labels the scan renders the dotted letter "i" weakly ("ın full", "modificatıon", "set asıde"); these are ordinary spellings and are transcribed normally. Arithmetic check (not corrected): the courts-of-appeals Number column sums to 83 for 1958-59 and to 1,856 cumulatively, and the Supreme Court column sums to 4 and 118 — both consistent with the printed totals. The 1958-59 percent column sums to 100.0; the cumulative column sums to 100.1, a rounding artifact as printed.
