p. 174. Five columns; the last column holds free text rather than numbers. Punctuation after "sec" is faint in this scan: the row "Under sec. 10 (j):" ends in a small mark that is almost certainly a colon (it prints like a raised dot), and in "Under sec. 10 (l)" the period after "sec" is barely visible — I have supplied the period on the assumption it is the same wording as the row above; no trailing colon is visible on that row. The last column of "Under sec. 10 (l)" is printed on four separate lines ("29 settled." / "2 withdrawn." / "30 alleged illegal activity suspended 2" / "6 pending"); they are joined into one cell here, and the raised 2 belongs to "suspended". The footnote markers 1 and 3 are printed to the LEFT of the values 59 and 63, and marker 4 to the left of "69."; they are written after the value per the convention. The "Total" row checks out as printed in all three numeric columns (6+1+127=134; 3+1+59=63; 1+0+9=10).
