Reader’s notes
p. 169. 15 columns: stub + 5 under "Elections participated in" + 5 under "Employees involved in elections" + 4 under "Valid votes cast". The scan's decimal points in the percent columns are faint and print as gaps (e.g. "61 4", "38 6"); they are decimal points, transcribed as "61.4", "38.6", etc. The "Unaffiliated" row's Number cell under "Elections participated in / Resulting in decertification" is smudged (reads like "1o"/"1d"); it is 18, confirmed by 76+18=94 and by the printed 81.8 percent (18/22). All row and column sums and all printed percentages are internally consistent, so no misprints are suspected. The caption line of the next table (Table 15) is clipped at the bottom edge of the crop and is not transcribed. No footnotes are printed under the table.
