p. 186. Eleven columns: stub plus two five-column panels of headings ("Elections in which a representative was redesignated" and "Elections resulting in decertification"); these are spanning headings over the same page, not side-by-side panels of rows, so all rows carry all ten value columns. Decimal points in the percent columns are partly unprinted/worn in this scan: the percent cells read as "89 1" (Total, redesignated), "88 9" (AFL-CIO, redesignated), "94 0" (AFL-CIO, decertification) and "94 0" (Unaffiliated, decertification) with no visible period. They are transcribed as 89.1, 88.9, 94.0 and 94.0 by analogy with the clearly printed "94.0" (Total, decertification) and "94. 6" (Unaffiliated, redesignated); all six are one-decimal percentages. No digits are in doubt, only the point. The stub label for row 2 is printed "AFL-CIO" with an en-dash-like hyphen; transcribed with a plain hyphen. Arithmetic check (not used to alter any cell): AFL-CIO plus Unaffiliated equals the Total row in all eight count columns.
