p. 184. Six columns: stub, "Total elections", and four columns under the spanner "Type of election". The last column ("Regional director directed") prints a dash rule for the RC, RM and RD blocks (nine cells); these are transcribed as "". The UD block prints true zeros in the "Stipulated" column, transcribed as 0. The raised 5 in the "RC cases,5 total" / "RM" / "RD" / "UD" labels is printed immediately after "cases," and is treated as a footnote marker. All row and column totals as printed are internally consistent (e.g. 1,905+1,567+1,027=4,499; 4,499+230+145+14=4,888), so no misprints are suspected. Scan quality is fair; the dotted leaders after row labels were dropped.
