p. 181. Nine columns: stub plus four two-column panels (All R, RC, RM, RD), each with "Number of cases" and "Percent of cases closed". One footnote, keyed to the superscript 1 on the RC/RM/RD case-type headings, is printed below the table but the crop cuts it off at the bottom: only the top sliver of the letters is visible and it cannot be read reliably, so `footnotes` is left empty rather than guessed. Doubtful cells: (a) "Total number of cases closed", RD cases / Percent of cases closed, prints as "100 0" — the decimal point did not reproduce in this scan; transcribed as "100.0" to match the other three panels (the RD percent column sums to 100.0). (b) "After issuance of Board decision", RD cases / Percent of cases closed, shows an ink speck right of 23.3; read as "23.3". The RM "Percent of cases closed" heading reads "Percent cf cases closed" in the scan, a broken "of"; transcribed as "of". All column totals and percent columns are internally consistent as printed (each panel's four stage rows sum to its total, and the three case-type totals sum to 7,514), so no misprint is suspected.
