36 of 36 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 176. Six printed columns: stub, "All cases", three columns under the spanner "Unfair labor practice cases", and "Representation cases". Cells shown as dash rules (------) are transcribed as "". Footnote area is cut off by the crop: only the top halves of the letters of footnote 1 are visible, so its wording ("1 See table 1, footnote 1, for definitions of types of cases.") is a best reading and should be verified against the page. Footnotes 2 and 3, whose markers appear in the "Decisions and orders" row, are not visible on this crop at all. In the "Decisions and orders" row the raised markers are printed before the figures ("2 147" in the CA cases column and "3 118" in the Other C cases column); I have read them as footnote markers and written them after the values. This is supported by the arithmetic: 147 + 118 = 265, matching the All C cases figure. All other printed totals are internally consistent (689 = 394 + 295; 3,516 = 37 + 3,479; 2,452 = 550 + 1,902 and 550 = 262 + 288; 2,199 = 458 + 1,741, 458 = 178 + 280, and the five indented components 265 + 193 + 1,387 + 145 + 209 = 2,199).
