Footnote references: six cells in the "Date temporary injunction granted" column (rows 5-CC-29, 3-CC-31/32, 15-CC-37, 3-CA-736, 21-CC-168/169, 2-CC-279) contain only a small raised "(1)" and no date; these are transcribed as "^1" (the marker stands in place of a value). No footnote text is printed within this crop — the page is cut off immediately below the last row, so `footnotes` is empty even though footnote 1 is cited. The bottom rule of the table is not visible and the table likely continues on the following page. Every cell of the "Date injunction denied" column, and both "Temp. restraining order" columns except in the last row (2-CC-279), contain only a dash rule (------) and are transcribed as "". Scan artifacts / uncertain characters: - The 1-bit scan drops many periods after abbreviations. Where a gap appears before a closing parenthesis I kept the gap as printed rather than inserting a period: "Lumber Corp )", "Warehouse Co )", "Otis Massey, Ltd )", "Crump, Inc )", "New York Shipping Assn )", and "Osceola Foods Inc and". Likewise several month abbreviations show no period ("Mar 12, 1953", "Apr 23, 1953", "Feb 16, 1954", "Jan 26, 1955", "Oct 6, 1954", "Mar 24, 1954", "Apr 21, 1955.") while most others do; these are transcribed as seen but the presence/absence of the period is not fully reliable at this resolution. - Trailing periods in the last column are likewise uncertain: "Withdrawn" (row 13-CC-85) and "Jan. 25, 1955" (first 16-CC-22 row) appear without a final period while the neighbouring entries have one. - Date cells that the typesetter set tight ("Sept.16, 1954.", "Nov.10, 1954", "June28, 1954.", "Nov.25, 1953.") are written with a single normal space after the month. - "Type of petition" for the two 16-CC-22 rows is printed on two lines, "10 (l)" over "(La.)" and "(Tex.)" respectively; each is joined into one cell. - The two 16-CC-22 rows are distinct cases (Louisiana and Texas petitions) printed with the same case number; this is as printed, not a duplication error. - A stray ink stroke crosses the "Date issued" column in the first body row and a stray tick appears near the header; neither is data. - Row labels wrapping over 2-4 lines and end-of-line hyphens have been joined (Whole-sale, Mc-Allister, Construc-tion, Car-tage, Independ-ent, Colum-bia, Work-ers, Fiter-man).

(b) 2-CC-297, name column - the scan shows "Polho"; the doubled l/i has merged and I have read it as "Pollio Dairy Products Co." (c) 2-CC-297, column 6 - printed "May 25, 1955 (consent)"; the year looks like a misprint for 1954, since it postdates the column-8 and column-9 dates (Apr. 21, 1955 and Mar. 9, 1955) for the same row, but it is transcribed as printed. (d) 3-CC-40, 3-CD-9, name column - the mark after "Carriers" reads more like a period than a comma; transcribed as "Carriers, Inc.)". (e) 2-CD-95, 96 - "Merrit-Chapman" is transcribed as printed (the firm is Merritt-Chapman & Scott). (f) 16-CC-22, column 3 - printed on two lines as "10 (l)" over "(Ark )", joined to "10 (l) (Ark.)". A stray ink speck sits in column 7 of the 1-CC-100 row and in column 4 of the 2-CC-296 row; both cells are treated as empty.

p. 195. Ten printed columns; the "Temp. restraining order" spanner covers columns 5-6 ("Date issued", "Date lifted"). This is a continuation page ("—Continued"), so no footnote block is printed within the crop; the marker "^3" in row 13-CC-90 and the "(1)" cells refer to footnotes printed elsewhere in the table. Footnote-marker cells: in the "Date temporary injunction granted" column, eight rows (24-CC-22, 3-CC-39, 15-CC-41, 10-CC-75, 2-CC-308, 19-CC-61, 13-CB-337, 8-CC-29) carry a small raised "(1)" and no date. Because the marker stands alone with no value to attach to, it is transcribed literally as "(1)" rather than in caret form. Row 13-CC-90, "Date temporary injunction granted": the raised character after "Sept. 14, 1954" is small and broken; I read it as a 3, but 2 is possible. The scan is a 1-bit reproduction in which periods after abbreviations are frequently dropped out. Where a period is clearly required by the abbreviation (Co., Inc., Assn., Dist., Mfg., Aug., Oct., Dec., Apr.) I have written it, even though it is faint or invisible in several cells (e.g. "Dec. 14, 1954" in the dismissed/dissolved column of 24-CC-22; "Aug. 24, 1954" for 16-CC-34, 43; "Oct. 26, 1954" and "Apr. 18, 1955" for 14-CC-62). Doubtful readings in the "Union and company" column, row 24-CC-22, 23: the union name renders as "De Mulles" (very likely the printed word is "Muelles"); the employer renders as "San Juan Merchantile Corp." (likely "Mercantile"); and "Dist. Council of Parts of P. R." renders as "Parts" but is almost certainly "Ports" in the original. I have transcribed each as the characters appear on this image. Row 10-CC-75, "Union and company": the text between "Local 515" and "#612" shows an ambiguous mark that could be a comma, a period, or both; transcribed as "Local 515, #612". Row 13-CB-337: a stray hand-drawn ink stroke crosses the "Date issued" cell (and the adjoining rule). It is not printed text; that cell is empty. The bottom row (21-CC-189) is clipped by the crop — the second line of its label, "Door & Plywood Co.).", sits at the very edge, and a fragment of a character below the "Type of petition" cell suggests the table continues past the crop.

Column 4 is read as section 10(l) (lowercase letter el); the scan makes the character nearly indistinguishable from the digit 1 in every row. Trailing periods after some labels (rows 8-CC-30, 1-CC-111, 21-CC-192, 2-CC-321) are transcribed as printed. End-of-line hyphens were repaired: "South-western" to "Southwestern", "Coun-cil" to "Council", "Reorgani-zation" to "Reorganization"; the hyphen in "Ferguson-Steer" (row 16-CC-57) is a name hyphen at a line break and was kept, though the firm may be "Ferguson-Steere" in the original. The stub of the 14-CC-68 row shows a damaged hyphen that prints like "14-CC=68"; read as 14-CC-68. Row 21-CC-190: the last two columns are ambiguous only in that one shows a dash rule and one is blank, both transcribed as "". Dates lacking a period after the month abbreviation in the scan (e.g. "Nov 10, 1954", "Dec 2, 1954", "Oct 4, 1954") have been written with the period. The table is cut off at both the top (no headings, rows continue from the previous page) and the bottom (footnote text not shown).

The cells transcribed as "(1)" are printed as a small raised 1 inside parentheses (a reference to footnote 1, whose text appears elsewhere in the table); they are the entire content of the "Date temporary injunction granted" cell in those rows. Every other empty cell is a dashed leader rule ("------") and is given as "". The crop ends immediately below the second line of the last row (4-CC-58); the table almost certainly continues onto further rows/pages not shown. Column "Type of petition": all entries are Section 10(l); the scan renders the character ambiguously as "1"/"l"/"I", transcribed uniformly as "10 (l)". Several sentence/abbreviation periods are very faint or lost in this 1-bit scan, chiefly those immediately before a closing parenthesis ("Co )", "Corp )"); they are restored here as "Co.)", "Corp.)" on the evidence of the house style elsewhere in the table — likewise the period in "Apr. 22, 1955" for 20-CC-106, which is not visible in the scan. Doubtful wording: in 5-CC-46, 47 the text reads "Association Builders & Contractors of Maryland" but may be printed "Associated Builders"; in 1-CC-116 the agent's surname reads "Gargane" but could be "Gargano". Case-number separators are printed as en dashes and are given as plain hyphens.

The bottom rule of the table is visible, so the body ends with the 10-CC-99 row; the top of the table (and any rows above 2-CC-337, 338) is cut off above the crop. Scan-quality caveats (1-bit scan, abbreviation periods drop out): "Cowan Publishing Corp" and "Crook Co and Shepherd Machinery Co" show no periods after "Corp"/"Co", and there is a residual space before the closing parenthesis after the second "Co", which suggests a period was printed and lost in scanning; I transcribed the visible characters without adding periods and closed the parenthesis without the stray space. Footnote 2 likewise shows "Dec 30" with no period after "Dec". Section cell of row 3 (10-CC-99): the glyph renders ambiguously, closer to "10 (F)" than "10 (l)"; since all three rows are CC (secondary-boycott) cases, which take the mandatory Section 10 (l) injunction, and the two rows above read "10 (l)", I transcribed it as "10 (l)". Flagging it as a doubtful cell. Footnote 2 reads "Dec 30, 1054" as printed/scanned; this is almost certainly "1954" (a misprint or a scan artifact), since the same footnote's first sentence dates the denial to June 24, 1954. Transcribed as it appears without correction. Footnote 3 has no terminal period on the page; transcribed without one. Footnote markers 1, 2 and 3 all refer to rows above this crop — none of the three rows shown here carries a raised marker.
