0 of 21 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 192. Five columns: stub plus Number/Percent under each of the two date spans. Decimal points in the Percent columns are mostly lost in this 1-bit scan, printing as a gap (e.g. "100 0", "59 8"); they survive visibly in a few cells ("20.4", ".6", "1.1"). All Percent cells are one-decimal values and the column arithmetic confirms the placement, so the decimal point is written in every Percent cell. The value ".6" (Board orders partially enforced and partially remanded, July 5, 1935 to June 30, 1955 Percent) is printed with no leading zero. The footnote marker is a raised 1 printed to the LEFT of 110 and of 66 in the July 1, 1954 Number column; it is recorded after the value as "110^1" and "66^1". Possible misprint: "Board orders set aside", July 1, 1954 Percent reads 21.0, but 23/110 = 20.9; the glyph is clearly "21 0" and the column then sums to exactly 100.0, so it is transcribed as printed. All other columns reconcile (66+15+4+2+23 = 110; 920+314+29+9+266 = 1,538; 64+11+7+1+6+1 = 90). The two sections under "Cases decided by United States Supreme Court" leave the July 1, 1954 Number and Percent cells as dash rules, transcribed as empty. The footnote ends without a period, as printed.
