p. 180. 11 columns: stub plus a Number/Percent pair for each of All C, CA, CB, CC, CD cases. Decimal points: in this scan the decimal point in the percent columns is frequently lost in reproduction, so many cells print as e.g. "100 0", "86 4", "2 9", or as a bare "6" / "3" / "9" where a leading-point value belongs. I have restored the point (".6", ".3", ".9", "100.0", etc.) because the columns are uniformly one-decimal and because every column then sums exactly to 100.0 as printed in the total row (All C 86.4+2.9+1.2+.8+.6+3.9+.3+3.0+.9 = 100.0; CA, CB, CC and CD likewise). Cells where the point is clearly visible on the image are 1.3, 3.8, 2.7, .8, .7, .3, .0 and the other leading-point values; cells where it was restored are the remainder.
