0 of 21 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 186. Five printed columns: stub plus Number/Percent under each of two period headings. The superscript 1 footnote marker is printed to the LEFT of the figure in two cells (Number, July 1, 1953-June 30, 1954: "201" on the "Cases decided by United States courts of appeals" row and "116" on the first "Board orders enforced in full" row); per instructions the marker is written after the value as ^1. In both Percent columns most decimal points are broken or nearly invisible in this scan, so values print as e.g. "100 0", "57 7", "22 9", "1 8", "12 4", "1 1"; they are transcribed with decimal points because the surviving points elsewhere in the same columns ("59.7", "70.8", "6.7", "100.0") show the same typesetting and because each panel's components sum to 100.0 only on that reading. In the first panel the percent for "Remanded to Board" and in the second panel the percent for "Board orders partially enforced and partially remanded" are printed with a leading decimal and no units digit (".5"); the leading point is faint in the first case. The empty Number/Percent cells of the Supreme Court section in the July 1, 1953-June 30, 1954 panel are filled with dash/leader rules in the original and are given as "". The row label "Board's request for remand or modification of enforcement order denied" wraps onto two printed lines and has been joined.
