p. 181. 11 columns: stub plus two five-column panels ("Elections in which a representative was redesignated" and "Elections resulting in decertification"), each with its own vertical rule. This is a single table with one set of rows, not two side-by-side panels, so the rows are not stacked. In the two "Percent casting valid votes" columns the decimal point is not visible in the scan; the values print as "92 2", "93 2", "91 9", "88 3" and "86 2", "88 1", "87 8", "82 9". These are one-decimal percentages (total valid votes cast divided by employees eligible to vote confirms each: e.g. 3,972/4,309 = 92.2 percent, 5,117/5,935 = 86.2 percent), so the gap is a faint/dropped period and I transcribed them with decimal points. All column sums check against the printed Total row (A.F.L. + C.I.O. + Unaffiliated equals Total in every one of the ten value columns), which supports the digit readings. No footnotes are printed under the table.
