p. 175. Nine columns: stub plus Number/Percent pairs for All R, RC, RM and RD cases. Decimal points: this is a coarse 1-bit scan and the decimal point in the percent columns frequently failed to print, so many cells image as e.g. "100 0", "30 3", "13 8" with a gap where the period belongs, and leading-decimal values image as a bare digit ("9", "5", "8", "4", "7", "2", "1"). Every percent column on this page is a one-decimal percentage (several cells, e.g. RD "100.0", "5.0", "7.2", "2.6", "31.9", "17.2", "17.0", "3.7", "1.3", "17.5", "10.6", print their period clearly), and each restored value is consistent with the ratio of the printed counts, so I have written the decimal point in every percent cell. No digits were altered, added or dropped. "Recognition" and its two sub-rows ("Before notice of hearing", "After notice of hearing, before hearing opened") carry dash rules rather than values in the RD cases Number and Percent columns; these are given as "". The footnote marker is a raised 1 printed to the left of 382 in the All R cases Number column of "By Board decision"; recorded as 382^1. The row labels "After Board decision and direction of election" and "Number of cases"/"Percent of cases closed" headings were re-joined across end-of-line hyphens ("direc-tion", "Num-ber", "Per-cent"); the hyphen in "post-election" is printed mid-line and retained. Arithmetic check (not used to alter any cell): the four case-type columns sum to the All R column in every row, each method's sub-rows sum to its method total, and the seven top-level methods sum to 7,975 / 6,969 / 546 / 460. No internal inconsistency found.
