Grid is 13 columns: stub + 6 unfair-labor-practice columns (Total, A.F.L. affiliates, C.I.O. affiliates, Unaffiliated unions, Individuals, Employers) + the same 6 columns for representation cases. The stub has no printed heading, so cell 0 of each heading level is empty. The body is divided by centered band labels that are printed across the number columns, not in the stub: CA cases / CB cases / CC cases / CD cases over the six unfair-labor-practice columns, and RC cases / RM cases / RD cases over the six representation columns, with the two sides' bands printed on the same line. I transcribed each band as one row with the label repeated across the columns it spans and the stub cell empty; nothing is printed in the stub on those lines. The fourth band (CD cases) has no counterpart on the representation side, so its six right-hand cells are empty, and the five CD data rows have no representation values printed. Dash rules (treated as "") appear in: the Employers column of the RC and RD blocks, and the four identification columns (A.F.L., C.I.O., Unaffiliated unions, Individuals) of the RM block, where all cases are employer-filed. One doubtful cell: "Closed July 1, 1953–June 30, 1954" in the RC block, Unaffiliated unions column — the leading digit is smudged in the scan; I read 564, which is consistent with the printed row total (4,564 + 1,830 + 564 + 11 = 6,969) and with 718 - 154 = 564. All other rows cross-foot exactly to their printed Totals, and the "On docket" lines equal Pending + Received in every block, so no misprints are suspected.
