p. 113. Nine columns: stub plus a Number/Percent pair for each of All R, RC, RM, RD cases. Decimal points: the scan drops or badly fades the decimal point in many percent cells (they print as e.g. "23 1", "15 5", "8", "9", "2", "4 2"). All percent cells are one-decimal values, so these were read as decimals (".8" for the All R percent on "After notice of hearing, before hearing opened" under Recognition; ".9" for the RM percent on "After Board decision and direction of election"; ".2" for the RC percent on "After hearing opened, before Board decision" under Dismissed). Each such reading is confirmed by the fact that every section total's percent equals the sum of its rounded component percents (e.g. RM Consent election 15.5+6.3+1.3 = 23.1; All R Dismissed 5.3+1.6+.2+4.2 = 11.3). "(1)" in the RC "Percent of cases closed" column on the Recognition sub-row "After hearing opened, before Board decision" is the printed footnote-reference value (footnote 1, "Less than one-tenth of 1 percent."), not a quantity. The raised 2 before 421 in the All R "Number of cases" column of the "By Board decision" row is footnote marker 2; written as 421^2. The four RD cells on the Recognition line and its three sub-rows are dash rules ("------"), transcribed as empty. Arithmetic as printed is internally consistent (all section numbers sum to their totals, and the totals sum to 9,909 / 8,877 / 543 / 489), but the printed percents for section totals are sums of the rounded parts rather than directly computed ratios: e.g. All R Dismissed is printed 11.3 where 1,134/9,909 = 11.4. Nothing was changed.
