The spanner "Unfair labor practice cases" covers CA–CD and "Representation cases" covers RC–RD; the stub heading and "All cases" are tall single headings repeated in both heading levels. Footnote markers: the raised marker on each of the seven case-type headings (CA, CB, CC, CD, RC, RM, RD) is a small "2" that the scan renders ambiguously (it can read as a "3"); the second printed footnote is numbered 2, so I transcribed all of them as ^2. Scan artifacts, none of which affect the values: in the Total row the CD cell prints as "71-" with a stray dash from the rule above (value is 71); stray ink specks sit beside Middle Atlantic RD ("95"), New York CD ("8"), Connecticut RM ("5"), South Carolina RD ("1"), East South Central RD ("13"), Pacific CD ("12"), Outlying areas RC ("258"), New Mexico RM ("6"), and Utah "All cases" ("38"); South Carolina CC prints as "1" with an adjacent speck resembling an apostrophe. All are leader-dot/rule debris, not digits or markers. Arithmetic verification (not used to alter any cell): all 63 body rows sum across the seven case-type columns to the printed "All cases" figure, each division subtotal equals the sum of its States, the ten division lines sum to the printed Total row, and each of the eight numeric columns sums down to its printed Total. No discrepancies found, so no suspected misprints.
