p. 106. Six printed columns: stub, "All cases", three columns under the spanner "Unfair labor practice cases" ("All C cases", "CA cases", "Other C cases"), and "Representation cases". The stub heading "Formal action taken" and "All cases" and "Representation cases" each span both heading levels, so they are repeated in both. Footnote markers 2 and 3 are printed as raised digits immediately BEFORE the figures 479 and 105 in the "Decisions and orders" row; following the convention they are written after the value (479^2, 105^3). Cells shown as a dash rule of leader dots in the image are transcribed as "" (empty): Representation cases for "Complaints and notices of hearing issued", "Intermediate reports issued", "Decisions and orders", "Decisions and consent orders"; the CA cases cell of "Notices of hearing issued"; and the three unfair-labor-practice columns of "Elections directed", "Rulings on objections…", and "Dismissals on record". The scan is slightly soft on the comma-grouped figures. "Notices of hearing issued" / All cases reads 5,284 (consistent with 22 + 5,262); the printed comma spacing ("5, 284") was closed up per instruction. Row "Rulings on objections and/or challenges in stipulated election cases" wraps over two printed lines with an end-of-line hyphen in "stipu-lated", rejoined here. All printed row and column totals cross-foot correctly; no apparent misprints.
