0 of 13 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 20. The crop continues a table from above: no column headings are printed on this image, and a sliver of a cut-off line (descenders/stray marks) is visible at the very top edge above "Salaries", so at least one preceding row or section heading lies outside the crop. The table has two columns: the stub and a single unlabeled amount column; the dollar sign is printed only on the first amount. A rule separates the item rows from the "Grand total" row. Doubtful cell: the amount for "Other contractual services" — the final digit is damaged in the scan and is transcribed here as the visually closest reading, 263,181, but it could be 263,184; note that the twelve item amounts as transcribed sum to 8,908,300, three less than the printed grand total of 8,908,303, which would reconcile exactly if that digit were a 4. Nothing was computed or corrected in the cells. Other slightly faint but legible digits, read with reasonable certainty: 20,995; 277,613; 100,896; 48,039.
