Reader’s notes

p. 13. Six columns: stub plus five data columns, all five under the spanner "Median average days". The panel title printed above the table ("A. Calendar Days Elapsed in Processing Representation Cases") is treated as the caption and omitted. In the last body row the cells under Fiscal 1946 and Fiscal 1952 contain only a parenthesised raised 2 (footnote reference meaning "Data unavailable") standing in place of a value; transcribed literally as "(2)" rather than as a caret marker because there is no number for it to attach to. The raised 1 after "of Board decision" is a footnote marker. Scan quality is mottled: the "3" of "Fiscal 1953" in the third data column and the "60" in the Second-half column (which has a stray tick above it) are slightly degraded but legible. The row label "Contested representation cases:" ends in what reads as a colon followed by a stray mark; it carries no values.
